“Sixty candidates in the running for the Prevention Certificate”
This Monday, June 16, 2025, marks the official launch of the “PRV1” (Prevention Certificate) training program at the Higher Institute of Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC). Sixty trainees from across Africa have begun this crucial step in strengthening their nations’ security and regulatory capacities.
This new cohort is composed of trainees from fourteen (14) African countries: Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo Brazzaville, Côte d’Ivoire, Gabon, Guinea Conakry, Equatorial Guinea, Mali, Niger, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad, and Togo.
This program represents a vital step for these individuals who are committed to enhancing their expertise in civil protection, thereby contributing to the security and well-being of their respective countries. ISEPC is widely recognized as a key institution for executive training in this field.

ISEPC, the melting pot for executives.
