In a context where the professionalization of civil protection actors is becoming a national requirement, the Higher Institute of Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) has established itself as a benchmark in specialized training.
As a State Public Institution (EPE) under the supervision of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Mobility, the Institute actively contributes to strengthening national capacities in civil protection and emergency management.
ISEPC’s mission is to train professionals capable of anticipating risks, leading rescue operations, and ensuring the effective protection of populations and their property.
