ISEPC

In a context where the professionalization of civil protection actors is becoming a national requirement, the Higher Institute of Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) has established itself as a benchmark in specialized training.

As a State Public Institution (EPE) under the supervision of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Mobility, the Institute actively contributes to strengthening national capacities in civil protection and emergency management.

ISEPC’s mission is to train professionals capable of anticipating risks, leading rescue operations, and ensuring the effective protection of populations and their property. Its programs combine academic rigor, field experience, and operational requirements. Trainers combine solid academic experience with proven professional experience, ensuring learning directly linked to the reality of interventions. The diplomas awarded by ISEPC are officially recognized and demonstrate a high level of competence. Each document is verified, numbered, and protected by a tamper-evident security sticker, designed to prevent tampering and attest to the authenticity of its origin. This system strengthens the trust of employers, institutions, and national and international partners. ISEPC is among the higher education institutions in Burkina Faso equipped with an advanced security system. This approach confirms its commitment to ensuring the reliability of its programs and the value of its diplomas. The Institute urges the public to be aware of the existence of unlicensed institutions that claim to offer similar training and issue fake diplomas not recognized by the relevant authorities. These practices exploit public trust and undermine the credibility of professional training. It is recommended that students verify the legality of the institution with the General Directorate of Civil Protection (DGPC) before registering. As a public institution, the ISEPC bases its work on transparency, quality, and academic discipline. It is constantly modernizing its programs to meet new security and humanitarian challenges. Its graduates actively participate in strengthening national capacities and contribute to the professionalization of the civil protection sector.

Choosing ISEPC means choosing competence, trust, and professional security. The security sticker on each diploma embodies ISEPC’s authenticity and ongoing commitment to quality training for the protection of populations.
