Home  >  SSIAP1 training: future fire safety officers in training at ISEPC
13 Apr
ISEPC
On Monday, April 13, 2026, the Higher Institute for Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) officially launched its Level 1 Fire Safety and Assistance to Persons (SSIAP 1) training program. This session is part of an ongoing effort to strengthen the skills of those involved in risk prevention and the protection of people and property.

This two-week training program brings together about ten participants to enhance their operational capabilities. Its objective is to provide them with the essential knowledge required to perform the duties of a fire safety and assistance officer. The instruction will enable trainees to master the technical, regulatory, and practical fundamentals of fire safety, while developing skills tailored to the demands of the private security sector.

Speaking on behalf of the Director of Studies and Programs, Chief Warrant Officer Jérôme ILBOUDO welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of this training. He emphasized that this is a crucial step for anyone wishing to pursue a career in fire safety. Stressing the demands of the internship, he urged the trainees to demonstrate discipline, diligence, and commitment in order to fully benefit from the training they receive.

Through this initiative, ISEPC reaffirms its mission to train and prepare professionals capable of responding effectively to risks, with a focus on protecting human lives and property.
