On Friday, April 10, 2026, the Higher Institute for Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) concluded its training program for center chiefs, dedicated to strengthening operational command. This session brought together twenty-two participants from thirteen African countries to enhance their crisis management skills.
The formal graduation ceremony marked the end of the training. On this occasion, the class representative praised the quality of the instruction and the camaraderie among the trainees.
In his closing remarks, the Director General of ISEPC, Lieutenant Colonel Zouno Gérard Bambara, congratulated the graduates on their discipline. He urged them to embody responsible and effective leaders in the field, capable of meeting the major challenges of civil protection on the continent.
