The Higher Institute for Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) held a round table this Tuesday, December 9, 2025, dedicated to the official presentation of its laboratory for the analysis and certification of the reaction to fire of materials.

This meeting brought together around forty participants to discuss a major issue: strengthening fire safety and promoting material compliance with current standards.
The objective of this roundtable was to showcase the technical capabilities of the new laboratory, the applicable standards, and the analytical and certification services offered, in a context where fire safety and material compliance are becoming increasingly crucial for protecting people and infrastructure.
The interactive discussions identified several avenues for collaboration between ISEPC, public and private organizations, and research institutions, with the aim of strengthening a culture of risk prevention and improving the quality of materials used in various sectors.
Through this initiative, ISEPC reaffirms its strategic role in strengthening national capacities in civil protection, standardization, and fire safety, and confirms its commitment to supporting national stakeholders in achieving better risk management and greater compliance with applicable standards.
