31 Mar
ISEPC
The Higher Institute for Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) officially closed its first aid instructor training session on Friday, March 27.

For three weeks, approximately twenty participants from eleven African countries took part in this intensive program, which combined theoretical instruction, practical exercises, and simulations, with the aim of strengthening their teaching and technical skills.

This training session aimed to equip the participants with the necessary skills to deliver training courses that meet current standards.

In his address, the Director General of ISEPC, Lieutenant Colonel Zouno Gérard Bambara, commended the participants' commitment and discipline throughout the training. He emphasized the strategic importance of this session, which aims to provide African countries with qualified trainers capable of sustainably supporting national civil protection systems.

The head of ISEPC concluded his remarks by urging the graduates to demonstrate professionalism, ethics, and responsibility in carrying out their future missions.

Speaking on behalf of the graduating class, Lieutenant Mohamet Sougoufara of Senegal expressed his profound gratitude to the ISEPC leadership for the quality of the training they received. He praised the demanding yet highly enriching program, which enabled them to strengthen not only their skills but also their sense of solidarity and cooperation among African countries.
