This two-week training course is aimed at professionals wishing to strengthen their skills in conducting fire safety services in public buildings.
Designed to prepare for the position of Fire Safety Team Leader, this intensive program trains participants in fire prevention, security team management, compliance with hygiene regulations, and staff awareness training.
It also covers technical planning (reading warning signs, issuing fire permits, etc.), emergency equipment maintenance, and assistance to individuals in public buildings.
Throughout the course, participants will alternate between theoretical lectures, case studies, role-playing, and practical exercises, in a learning environment that fosters professional development. This session reflects ISEPC’s ongoing commitment to promoting a culture of responsible prevention. During the opening ceremony, Chief Warrant Officer Jérôme Ilboudo, Head of the Engineering and Training Department, speaking on behalf of the Director of Teaching and Programs, reiterated the importance of this course, while emphasizing the need for each participant to demonstrate discipline, diligence, and constant commitment throughout the training.By contributing to the qualification of security managers, this training strengthens the ability of institutions to ensure the safety of individuals, preserve their physical and infrastructure assets, and protect the environment from the consequences of disasters.
