Our primary mission is to contribute to building the capacity of civil protection stakeholders.

To fulfill this mission, we have set the following objectives:

• Initial training for firefighter officers
• Continuing training for firefighters
• Training experts and managers from public and private administrations in the field of civil protection
• Building the capacity of elected officials, political and administrative authorities, defense and security force managers, and other stakeholders in crisis and disaster management
• Technological and regulatory monitoring in civil protection
• Assessment, forecasting, and technical expertise for requesting organizations
• Developing international cooperation and partnership initiatives in the fields of university training related to civil protection.
