A significant milestone was reached on Friday, June 13th, with the signing of an agreement between the Higher Institute of Civil Protection Studies and the National Office for Water and Sanitation (ONEA).

The main objective of this agreement is to strengthen the capacity of ONEA staff with a view to continuously improving the Quality, Safety, and Environment Management System.

Speaking at the meeting, the Director General of ISEPC, Lieutenant Colonel Zouno Gérard Bambara, stated that “this agreement marks a strong commitment but also lays the foundation for a solid and lasting partnership between our two organizations.”
