The Higher Institute of Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) hosted, this Friday, October 17, 2025, the official closing ceremony of the international Crisis Management internship

Two weeks of intense work, sharing of experiences and learning brought together around thirty participants from thirteen countries, determined to strengthen their capacities to better deal with emergency situations. Chaired by Saidou SANKARA, Secretary General of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Mobility (MATM), the ceremony was marked by speeches marked by satisfaction and commitment. In his speech, the Secretary General of MATM praised the quality of the program and the rigor of the training provided by ISEPC and its technical partners. He congratulated the trainees for their discipline and spirit of solidarity, while urging them to “ensure that this momentum continues and that Africa, united and united, advances on the path to security and sustainable development.” Speaking, Dr. MAGNINI, from CERFORGRIS and course director, gave an overall satisfactory assessment of the training. He praised the assiduity and open-mindedness of the trainees, who were able to enrich the discussions with their diverse experiences. According to him, the results of this edition will contribute to “facilitating coordination between institutional actors, community services, emergency services, and humanitarian partners to meet the challenges of civil protection.” On behalf of the participants, Abdoulaye BASSINGA, Governor of the Kadiogo region, expressed his deep gratitude to the Minister of Mobility, the ISEPC management, and the entire teaching staff. He emphasized that this training not only strengthened their technical skills, but also fostered a spirit of brotherhood among the different nationalities represented. “We are leaving with the energy to put into practice what we have learned, and with the hope of being able to share this knowledge and values ​​with those around us,” he said. The ceremony concluded with the official presentation of certificates, marking the end of a phase and the beginning of a new professional commitment for the participants. A family photo immortalized this powerful moment, filled with emotion and pride.
