Organized by ISEPC and beginning on Monday, July 21, 2025, the second session of the "Duty Officer (OP/GOC)" training course was attended by approximately twenty executives from twelve African countries: Burundi, Cameroon, Comoros, Gabon, Guinea Conakry, Equatorial Guinea, Mali, Niger, Rwanda, Togo, Senegal, and Burkina Faso.
The training aimed to strengthen the participants' operational capabilities by providing them with skills in operational planning (MEDO), command leadership, operational communication, and command post management.
During the training, they were able to test their analytical and decision-making skills in crisis situations and apply all of the acquired knowledge through simulations and practical exercises.
The training ended on Friday, August 1, 2025.
