Inter-institutional cooperation: 5th class of Niger’s Higher Military School Staff College visits ISEPC

As part of its study tour to Burkina Faso, the 5th class of the Staff College at Niger’s Higher Military School visited the Higher Institute for Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC).

Led by Colonel-Major Raphiou Coulibaly, Commandant of Niger’s Higher Military School, and Lieutenant-Colonel Clément Daila, Commandant of the Staff College at Burkina Faso’s Tiefo Amoro Higher Military Training Institute, the delegation toured the Institute’s training programs, facilities, and key development projects.

This visit—part of an initiative to share experiences among training institutions within the AES region—highlighted ISEPC’s contribution to training civil protection personnel in Burkina Faso, across Africa, and beyond.
