Home  >  Life-saving actions: citizens better prepared for emergencies.
08 Aug
ISEPC
From August 6 to 8, 2025, the Higher Institute of Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) provided PSC1 training to volunteer citizens wishing to acquire the basics of emergency response.
For three days, participants learned how to respond to critical situations: securing a victim, effectively alerting emergency services, assessing their condition, and applying appropriate measures. The modules covered real-life cases such as suffocation, hemorrhage, loss of consciousness, respiratory arrest, burns, wounds, and trauma.
At the end of the session, everyone left better prepared to intervene calmly, ready to actively contribute to the protection of their fellow citizens.

ISEPC, training to save.
