05 Dec
ISEPC

The laboratory is an innovative and competitive certification and research center that provides expertise in fire reaction and resistance analysis. Certifications are issued following standardized tests and studies conducted to drive innovation in fire safety. The laboratory's main missions are:

*Testing and analyzing materials*: fire reaction and resistance testing of materials: construction, transportation, fire doors, etc.

*Certification*: Issuing certificates of conformity or non-conformity following tests: evaluation, classification, and certification of materials in relation to fire

*Research and Development*: behavioral studies of materials, contribution to the evolution of standards, development of sustainable solutions, scientific publications

*Consulting and Expertise*: Regulatory and Normative Compliance Consulting, Product Design and Development Assistance, Independent Expertise and Project Support.

AVAILABLE SERVICES

*Oxygen Limit Index Test*: Standards: ISO 4589-2 and ASTM D2863

The minimum percentage of oxygen (O₂) in which a material can continue to burn sustainably is determined. Types of materials that can be tested: Polymers (PE, PP, PVC, etc.), Textiles, Foams (PU, PE, etc.), Composites, Coatings, Rubber, Insulating cables, etc.

*Fire reaction test*: Standards: ISO 11925-2 and DIN 4102-1

Determines whether a material ignites, spreads flame, or produces flaming droplets when exposed to a small flame. Types of materials that can be tested: Wall coverings, Floor coverings, Insulation, Wood and wood products, Textiles, Plastics and composites

*Study - Research - Development*

• Fire resistance studies of materials

• Thermal and chemical characterization before/after fire exposure

• Comparison of fire performance between several products or suppliers

• Analysis of performance differences based on composition

• Support for selecting materials that meet requirements

*Air and O2 Cylinder Refills*

Pure Oxygen Cylinder Refill

Ensuring a continuous supply of oxygen for medical (oxygen therapy patients), industrial (welding, cutting), or sports/professional use.

Compressed Air Cylinder Refill: Ensuring a fresh supply of filtered air for specific applications.
