The Higher Institute of Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) opened the 2025 session of the Level 2 Prevention Certificate (PRV2/AP2) this Monday, August 18, 2025.
This training brings together approximately twenty managers from ten (10) African countries: Burundi, Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo, and Burkina Faso.
