On Friday, August 1, 2025, the Higher Institute for Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) welcomed a delegation of defense attachés accredited to Burkina Faso. The visit was led by Colonel Oumar Ouedraogo, Director General of Military and Defense Cooperation. Its aim was to showcase the Institute's missions and training offerings, and to further strengthen ties with partners.
Welcomed by Lieutenant Colonel Gérard Bambara, Director General of ISEPC, the attachés took part in a general presentation, a guided tour of the facilities, and a summary exercise of the "Company Guard Officer" course.
This meeting reinforces ISEPC's position as a key player in international cooperation in civil protection.
