
The Higher Institute of Civil Protection Studies launched a new training session on Monday, September 22, 2025, in Team First Aid Levels 1 and 2 (PSE1 & PSE2). This session brings together approximately ten participants who have come to strengthen their first aid skills.
The aim of this course is to provide learners with the skills needed to respond effectively in emergency situations. The program covers basic life-saving actions, trauma care, and advanced team rescue techniques.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Chief Warrant Officer Major Ilboudo, representing the Directorate of Education and Programs. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of this training for the protection of the public and encouraged the trainees to demonstrate rigor and diligence throughout their training.
The participants expressed their enthusiasm and emphasized the universal value of these skills, useful in all circumstances. The diversity of their backgrounds also promises a rich exchange of experiences and practices. At the end of this training, each participant will leave not only with a diploma, but above all with the essential know-how to save lives.
