Since Tuesday, July 14, 2026, the Higher Institute for Civil Protection Studies (ISEPC) has been conducting a Level 1 Civic Prevention and First Aid (PSC1) training course—complemented by a fire safety module—at the premises of the Veterinary Medicines Purchasing Center (CAMVET) in Ouagadougou. This session brings together 26 CAMVET staff members and managers looking to strengthen their skills in emergency response and fire risk prevention.

The training enables participants to master essential first aid techniques and acquire the knowledge needed to prevent fire risks and respond effectively to the outbreak of a fire. Combining theory with practical exercises, the course prepares trainees to adopt the right instincts during emergencies.

By investing in staff qualifications, CAMVET reaffirms its commitment to workplace safety and the protection of people, property, and its facilities. This initiative contributes to fostering a genuine culture of prevention within the institution.
